Fun on the Towpath

I thoroughly enjoyed the bike ride through the valley. I say to myself all the time how nice it would be to got take a bike ride, but I never get around to it. I don't know why but I do know that I will get around to it now.

At the bike ride having the opportunity to be in charge of a group was a fun experience. I can't speak for everyone but I had a blast with my my group. They made the day fun and not just another extra credit assignment. Lucky enough for me they were willing to work and they didn't complain at all.

Having prepared ahead of time by reading the maps increased my ability to convey information to my group. The Towpath Companion books we received are a phenomenal tool. They break down all of the different paths in the Akron area.

To sum up the whole experience it was a fun day and I enjoyed it a lot. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks to my group for making it fun and also to Mr. King who was a great adult to have with our group.

Great! We're glad you had a good time on the trails. Next year we hope to make it even better. Now, go check out this post (see below) in regards to some stuff!

Never get around to it? You lazy chap. Don't give me that "I'm busy" crap. You're not, everyone knows that you don't do anything with your life. (I kid, this is not e-harassment)

I'm glad that you liked it Guff Guff.

Cheers mate.

Also, I didn't read Mr. Johansson's comment until just now. I gave your little brother some helpful advice in a comment I left him, however it now appears that since you both make the same mistakes that you are using the same Chinese kid to write your journals for 50 cents each.

I can understand not wanting to pay an American essay writer to do something small like this, but might I recommend finding someone in South Africa? They seem to give a lot more bang for the buck when it comes to writing than the Chinese.

I think that Jeremy should be commended for using and crediting the resources. We have tried to give all of you a lot of preparatory information and I think the group has only moderately used it so far. This trip was your best chance to prepare and teach, but in the future trips we are still expecting you to show up with some basic knowledge about the event. The reading make the events that much more rewarding, as evidenced in this journal.

I agree with Mr. Testa that you should be commended for making such good use of the resources. I haven't seen any of the other group leaders mention them. Good job.
